Made this tutorial for the TheCosplayGroup January contest.

I'm a bad speller, please let me know if I spelt something wrong so I can fix it.

I hope people enjoy this, please send me pictures of your work if and after you've used this tutorial

I haven't tried it myself yet, but I know people who have, and they love it

WHOA. Going straight into my bookmarks. It reminds me of SweetRococo.com. You can make your own (lolita) skirts, dresses, and accessories. It's at least fun to put stuff together. :3
